All bookings for services, events, consultations, or in-person sessions must be made directly through our website at https://joedx.com. Availability is determined by our live calendar, and reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance unless otherwise specified.
Upon completing your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all details related to your reservation. Please review it carefully. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us immediately.

If you need to change your reservation (date, time, session type), please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance: Eligible for a full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Non-refundable.No-Show: No refunds will be issued, and the session is considered forfeited.
All reservations are non-transferable. Only the individual or organization that booked the session may participate unless prior written approval has been granted by Joe Douglas LLC.
If you anticipate being late for a session, contact us as early as possible. While we may attempt to accommodate minor delays, late arrivals do not extend session time.
